When submitting the write up, please follow the following formatting and general guidelines.     

Write ups should be text mainly. You may use tables, mathematical formulae and scientific illustrations prepared according to given guidelines. The total word count of the entire write up including tables should not exceed 1500 words. The font size and style of table and illustrations should be equal to that of main text. The illustrations should follow scientific approach of formatting.

Title
A clear and a context focused title not exceeding two lines. Justified text in bold. Font size 10. Sentence case. Only proper nouns must start with a capital letter if appearing in the middle of the title. Scientific names must be in Italic.

Authors
Font type and size: CG Omega 10 bold
Surname/family name of the author, initials of other names, no dots, no space in between initials.
Name of the corresponding author should be underlined
Affiliations:  Font size should be 9 and italic.  Affiliations should be indicated with superscript Roman numbers appearing at the start of surname/ family name
Names of affiliations should be given including the country

Correspondence details:
Email address of the corresponding author should be provided.

Main text:
Font size of main text of write up should be 9. Main text should be written as four paragraphs with following subheadings.

Introduction and objectives: The back ground, scope and the rationale for the work carried out so far, introduction to projects conducted during the last five years and the scope of the work.

Methodology/Approach: Description of the steps executed to collect relevant information and analysis of data. Write ups summarising the research activities that are already published can give due reference to publications.   

Results: Clear and understandable statements based on evaluation of data, clearly indicating the outcomes.

Discussion and conclusions: The significance of results in terms of problem/s addressed. Way forward and any future research and industrial developments can be addressed in discussion and conclusions.

Keywords: Up to three (03) key words arranged in alphabetical order each starting with a capital letter. Font size 9
